Qualicaps® capsule band-sealing equipment double-band sealing technique ensures that if an air bubble or unevenness occurs in the first band, it will be eliminated by the second application, making the HICAPSEAL a critical component for a leak-free product. Our S-40 will band-seal up to 50,000 capsules per hour at capsule sizes 00, 0EL, 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
Qualicaps® capsule weight inspection equipment provides high speed and accurate processing for 100% weight inspection. Our CWI-40 will process from 20,000 to 40,000 capsules per hour.
